Welcome to BENKING Cookies. Baking has always been more than a hobby for me—it is a tradition rooted in family, laughter, and time spent together in the kitchen. Some of my favorite childhood memories are of making cookies with my family during the holidays, filling the house with the smell of fresh-baked treats and sharing them with the people we loved.
Those moments taught me that a great cookie is more than dessert; it is something that brings people together. After moving away, I carried that tradition with me, baking for friends, neighbors, and gatherings whenever I had the chance. What began as a way to stay connected to home eventually became BENKING Cookies.
Today, this is a one-man operation, which means every order is handled directly by me—from mixing the dough to packing the final bag. Keeping things small allows me to focus on consistency, quality, and the personal touches that make homemade cookies special.

An original BENKING Cookies recipe inspired by a Christmas cookie created by my aunt. Bright lemon flavor and sweet raspberry notes come together in a cookie that feels both familiar and fresh.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I pay when I submit the order form?
No. Payment is not required when you submit the form. BENKING Cookies will contact you first to confirm your order total, delivery fee if applicable, and pickup or delivery timing. Please wait for confirmation before sending payment.
How soon will my cookies be delivered?
Orders are delivered as soon as possible after they are received, typically within 24–48 hours. Deliveries are made Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Can I mix flavors in a dozen?
Yes. You may mix flavors in a dozen. Include your preferred flavor quantities on the order form, and BENKING Cookies will confirm availability after your request is submitted.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes. Pickup is available by arrangement after your order is confirmed.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, depending on what you are looking for. If its a recipe I haven't tried or seen before, I can certainly look into it. Custom orders are $25 per dozen and require a minimum order of 2 dozen to help prevent ingredient waste.
How do I pay?
Once your order is confirmed, payment can be made by cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, or PayPal. Payment may be made after confirmation by email or text, or in person upon delivery or pickup.
